PHP offers intensive, day-based treatment designed for individuals who need consistent support, accountability, and therapeutic engagement to stabilize early recovery or mental health symptoms. This program delivers comprehensive care while helping clients build routines that support long-term success.

Partial hospitalization is appropriate for individuals who need more support than intensive outpatient care but do not require 24-hour supervision.

Partial Hospitalization Program

  • Holistic approach to treatment

  • Treatment can last anywhere from 30 to 45 days
  • Case management from start to finish, including assistance with legal issues, job placement, transition planning, etc.
  • Group therapy 7 days a week, based on experiences andpersonality traits, using an evidence-based curriculum 
  • Individualized one-on-one therapy using several treatment  modalities, including:
    – Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
    – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
    – Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Motivational enhancement and interviewing
  • Complementary treatments approach; i.e. Acupuncture, meditation, yoga, equine therapy, etc.

    – Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
    – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
    – Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
    – Motivational Enhancement and Interviewing

– Complimentary treatments approach; i.e. Acupuncture, Meditation, Yoga, Equine Therapy, etc.
– Catered meals and access to a licensed nutritionist
– Gender-specific groups
– Family involvement, recovery support groups and accountability as integral parts of services
– Leisure activities and group outings

– Assistance with finding community NA/AA meetings and finding a sponsor
– 24-hour care and supervision

Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP)

  • Treatment can last anywhere from 8 months to 1 year
  • Group therapy 4 days a week using an evidence-based curriculum
  • Individualized one-on-one therapy using several treatment modalities, including:
    – Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
    – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
    – Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
    – Motivational Enhancement and Interviewing

– Complimentary treatments approach;
   i.e. Acupuncture, Meditation, Yoga, Equine Therapy, etc.
– Access to life skills workshops
– Job readiness
